01 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the ty777 platform ("Platform") and the authority operating ty777. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on ty777, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. ty777 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement & Identity

To open an account at ty777, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and your own.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same network connection is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, ty777 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all balances.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and any verification codes confidential. ty777 bears no liability if this information is shared with a third party without authorization.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ty777 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). You must only use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts or cards are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals are typically returned via the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Payment Verification

ty777 may request identity documents, transaction screenshots, or other proof when verifying deposit or withdrawal requests. If the required information is not provided, the transaction may be suspended or cancelled.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ty777 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. The deposit amount and bonus are not added together for wagering calculations.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If artificial betting or unusual betting patterns aimed at earning bonuses are detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• ty777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All betting and gaming activity on ty777 is conducted under defined rules. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (server downtime, disconnection), decisions regarding the affected round will be made based on ty777's game log review.

5.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, badminton, and other sports, the balance will be updated only after the outcome of the bet is confirmed. Differences between pre-match and live odds are normal and depend on market movements. ty777 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error or affected by a technical error.

5.3 Casino Games

06 Prohibited Activities

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.

• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. ty777 reserves the right to modify the benefits and terms of each tier.

09 Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Returns

9.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure; the bonus portion will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.

9.2 Account Suspension by ty777

In the event of prohibited activities mentioned in Section 06 or a breach of the Terms, ty777 may suspend the account without prior notice. A decision will be finalized after investigation.
